The Stylist  who will be performing the treatment is  an independent contractor . Thr stylists operate as independent contractors and are not employees of Splash salons . As independent contractors, each stylist is responsible for their own services provided. Splash acts solely as a platform for connecting clients with independent contractors and does not directly employ or supervise the stylists. Clients understand that any services received from the independent contractors at Splash Salons are done so at their own discretion and risk. Splash Salons is not liable for the actions, conduct, or performance of the independent contractors. Clients are encouraged to communicate directly with their individual stylist regarding any concerns or issues regarding services provided. By receiving services at Splash salons , clients acknowledge and accept the independent contractor relationship between the salon and its stylists.
