Any offers, promotions, loyalty offered by Splash Group (“We”) has the following Terms and Conditions:

• The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, In case two different offer colide we will give you the best offer available.
• We reserve the right to exclude any person from participating in the Offer on reasonable grounds.
• We reserve the right to end Offers or to amend terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The Offers are subject to availability.
• Offers may apply to selected branches only, and not our entire group. We reserve the right to amend the participating branches at any time without prior notice.
• Offer is not valid for Treatwell bookings.

The Offers name may differ across our marketing material and as such, We:

• Reserve the right to change the wording without prior notice.
• Reserve the right to define to which offer the wording is referring to.
• By applying for an offer you are opting in to receive offers and product notifications by email and SMS. You may unsubscribe at any time; However, we reserve the right to exclude unsubscribed customers from any offers at any time without prior notice.

Offers can only be used towards selected products. We reserve the right of changing the list of selected products at any time without prior notice.

Buy 5 hair cuts or blow dries and get a discount towards the 6^th hair cut or blow dry for the value of the cheapest hair cut or blow dry. No money will be given back if the discount exceeds the 6^th hair cut or blow dry price. All 6 hair cuts or blow dries have to be bought within 6 months. Any discount used in any of the previous transactions will be removed from the final given discount during the 6th transaction. If previous discounts exceeds 20% of the grand total of all 6 transaction you will not be entitled to this offer.

Buy 5 Beauty treatments of the same kind (Only for offer participating treatments) and get a discount towards the 6^th Treatment for the value of the cheapest Treatment. No money will be given back if the discount exceeds the 6^th Treatment price. All 6 treatments have to be bought within 7 months. Any discount used in any of the previous transactions will be removed from the final given discount during the 6th transaction. If previous discounts exceeds 20% of the grand total of all 6 transaction you will not be entitled to this offer.

Buy 5 tanning sessions and get a discount towards the 6^th tanning sessions for the value of the cheapest tanning sessions. No money will be given back if the discount exceeds the 6^th tanning session price. All 6 tanning sessions have to be bought within 6 months. Any discount used in any of the previous transactions will be removed from the final given discount during the 6th transaction.

Pre-pay 5 beauty treatments of the same kind and get the 6^th for free. Treatments expire within 12 months. Treatments have to be booked with the Head office in order to be redeem and are subject to availability.

Corporate discount and Loyal Customer discount are only given by invitation. We reserve the right to change the discount amount and/or exclude any person from participating in the Offer at any time without prior notice.
