Clients understand that any services received from the independent contractors at Splash Salons are done so at their own discretion and risk. Splash Salons is not liable for the actions, conduct, or performance of the independent contractors. Clients are encouraged to communicate directly with their individual stylist regarding any concerns or issues regarding services provided. By receiving services at Splash salons , clients acknowledge and accept the independent contractor relationship between the salon and its stylists.
