The stylist performing the treatment is an independent contractor, not an employee of Splash Salons. Each stylist is responsible for their own services. Splash Salons connects clients with these contractors and does not supervise them. Clients receive services at their own risk, and Splash Salons is not liable for the contractors' actions. Please address any concerns directly with your stylist.
